EarCopy Privacy Policy

Overview

EarCopy ("the App") is a music practice tool developed by Hyeong-soo Kim. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.

Data Collection

EarCopy does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers. All data remains on your device.

What the App Accesses

• Apple Music Library: If you grant permission, EarCopy accesses your Apple Music library to browse and play songs for practice. This data is only used locally and is never transmitted.
• Local Audio Files: You may import audio files from the Files app. These files are stored locally within the app's sandbox.

Data Storage

Song metadata (titles, artists, bookmarks, practice settings) is stored locally on your device using SwiftData. No data is synced to cloud services by the app.

Third-Party Services

EarCopy does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

Children's Privacy

EarCopy does not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the app or on this page.
